This is a topic that I reiterate over and over to my Corporate Yoga clients who want and need stress reducing yoga but do not know what stress reducing yoga looks like. It is a restorative, therapeutic, and/or yin practice that is not yang and produces little cortisol allowing the body to access the parasympathetic nervous system.
